The Editorial (theeditorial.org) is a bilingual sports and music network based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it and the choices you have.

- Information you give us: your email address when you subscribe to The Weekly Editorial, your name and comment when you comment on a story, and anything you send us by email or through our forms (for example music submissions or advertising inquiries).

Children
The Editorial is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
